Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader overseeing daily operations, scheduling, staff scheduling, and timekeeping of the cardiac catheterization labs, electrophysiology labs, hybrid labs, and Cath/EP Lab PACU.
• Coordinate personnel and resources, working closely with the Director and the charge team (charge nurse, lead staff for EP/vascular and interventional, PACU charge nurse) regarding strategic and operational issues.
• Act as a role model who consistently promotes a positive environment that encourages proactive communication, problem-solving, effective time management, and accountability for standards, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (required).
• 3+ years of cath/vascular/interventional experience (required).
• Current New Mexico RN License, ARRT, paramedic, or RCIS (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
