Clinical Manager

About the role

NHC HomeCare Tallahassee is seeking a Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing to manage and direct all patient care services and personnel in our HomeCare agency. We need an energetic, sharp Registered Nurse who loves people and is committed to helping our agency provide excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain the best clinical staff
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians
• Ensure NHC HomeCare meets patients' needs
• Provide care as needed, with a primary focus on staffing to deliver care
• Educate and monitor care provided by staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state
• Minimum three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months in home care
• Minimum one year’s supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and a good driving record
• Able to meet background screening requirements
