About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of virtual and local nurse practitioners through chart reviews and performance coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to enhance clinical quality and process improvements
- Oversee chart reviews and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with health guides
- Communicate with community leaders regarding Health Guide and psychiatric services
- Ensure effective execution of clinical model services and operational goals
- Provide part-time direct clinical care as needed based on team needs and market responsibilities
- Support and inspire community teams through regular engagement with State Directors and Managers
Qualifications
- Certified APRN in primary care
- Psychiatric nursing certification at RN or APRN level
- 5+ years clinical care in primary or emergency care settings
- Experience in clinical operational leadership, supervising clinicians
- Experience managing populations with behavioral health and/or SUD conditions
- Background in interprofessional or interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Skilled in developing and delivering educational programs to medical staff
Compensation
$160,000 – $170,000 annually
