Key Responsibilities
- Work with physicians, discharge planners, and patients' families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post-surgical stay.
- Utilize strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem-solving skills to perform clinical assessments of referred patients.
- Counsel with patients' families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
- Partner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre-admission and transfer process.
- Remove payer-related and operational barriers for patients getting into our highly effective level of care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Licenses as applicable
- Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated success in patient advocacy
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills
- Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience (preferred, but training provided)
Benefits
- Annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 based on relevant work experience.
- Uncapped Monthly Bonus Incentives in addition to base salary.
Pay
- Competitive Salary plus Uncapped Monthly Bonus Incentives
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
