Clinical Liaison (RN or RRT)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs.
• Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and families.
• Facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
• Will consider other designations like LPN, PT, OT, etc., upon further review.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated success in patient advocacy.
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience (preferred, but extensive training is provided).

Pay

Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 based on relevant work experience, plus uncapped monthly bonus potential.
