Clinical Liaison (RN)

About the Role

The Sales Clinical Liaison is a registered nurse responsible for advocating for patients during referral and admission, ensuring appropriate hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships to drive organizational growth.
• Educate patients and families about hospice services, guiding them through enrollment.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and ensure effective communication between referral sources and clinical teams.
• Promote community awareness and position the organization as a trusted leader.

Requirements

• Active RN license, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, referral processes, and medical terminology.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with electronic health records; hospice knowledge preferred.
• Two years of clinical nursing and case management experience is a plus.
