Clinical Liaison RN LPN RT OT PT SLP LSW Colorado Springs

Responsibilities

• Education and relationship building with referral sources
• Obtaining referrals and completing eRehab or LTRAX assessments
• Participating in the Business Departmental plan
• Frequent day travel with reliable transportation and occasional overnight travel
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with assigned accounts and team members
• Providing market intelligence between the community, referral sources, and physicians
• Serving as the “face of Vibra” in the community
• Developing a positive, professional image conducive to building long-lasting relationships with customers

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist or Social Worker in the state where support is provided
• Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company
• Valid and active driver’s license

Qualifications/Skills

• Previous clinical screening experience preferred
• Marketing/sales skill expertise preferred
• Working experience of local medical community preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, extroverted, and enthusiastic individual
• Ability to complete clinical screens accurately and thoroughly within established timeframes
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
