Clinical Liaison - (RN, RT, LPN, PT, OT, SLP)

About the role

The Clinical Liaison plays a crucial role in launching a new, state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital. This position involves integrating company values into daily practice and working to shape the community presence, drive strategic growth, and expand access to exceptional, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and determines admission criteria
• Develops, implements, and refines territory sales plans
• Coordinates marketing and public relations activities
• Tracks sales activity and maintains client profiles
• Participates in program development initiatives
• Maintains an environment conducive to safety
• Assesses risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions
• Completes required trainings as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience
• Preferred healthcare sales experience
• Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred)
• Valid, acceptable driving record, current driver’s license, and insurability

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
• Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc.
• Customer service and professionalism
• Computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
• Organizational and time management skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Prioritization, meeting deadlines, and completing complex tasks
