Clinical Liaison (RN/LPN/Therapist)

About the role

The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care continuity of patients and promote care continuum
• Play an integral role in the marketing and admissions intake activities
• Achieve results by supervising and participating in marketing and admissions intake activity with minimal direction
• Design and achieve appropriate marketing/admissions intake goals and objectives
• Talented in networking with referral sources
• Develop a marketing plan for the hospital

Requirements

• Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
• 2 or more years of clinical experience required
• Post-Acute care experience preferred
• Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of hospital data bases
• Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families
• Current valid LA Driver’s License

Qualifications

Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as an RN, LPN, or Therapist. Management experience preferred.
