Clinical Liaison - Full-Time

Role: Clinical Liaison, supporting transplant centers and patients with a focus on laboratory tests and transplant services. Responsibilities: Manage patient support, educate transplant center staff, coordinate sample logistics, respond to customer inquiries, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve operational processes.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver timely solutions and foster trust.Travel within assigned regions to conduct business reviews and product updates. Qualifications & Skills RN degree required; transplant experience and CCTC certification preferred.Proficient in reporting tools like Excel and Salesforce.Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and capable of influencing without authority.Ability to manage customer expectations and develop cross-functional partnerships.
