Clinical Lead Comnunity Treatment Team
POSITION PURPOSE

About the role
The primary function is to provide supervision and direction to team members; the Clinical Lead also provides psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports.
Responsibilities
- Provides direction and supervision to team members while providing direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management.
- Aid clients with accessing services, building support networks, and resolving conflicts.
- Provide consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model that has received substantial empirical support for facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery for persons with the most serious mental illnesses who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs.
- Provide on-call services on a rotating basis ($50.00/day).
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year of clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
- Valid License in one of the following preferred: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Valid driver license.
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances (Criminal/Child/FBI Department of Human Services).
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
- Child Protective Services Law training (CPSL).

Pay
$50.00/day for on-call services.
Schedule
This is an Exempt (salary) position; primarily Monday through Friday daylight hours with rotating evening shift (1pm-9pm) as part of a team. Some weekends and holidays may be required.
