POSITION PURPOSE

About the role

The Clinical Lead is an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff. They provide supervision and direction to team members while providing direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direction and supervision to team members
  • Assists clients with accessing services, building support networks, and resolving conflicts
  • Delivers consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model
  • Provides on-call services on a rotating basis ($50/day)

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year of clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions
  • Valid License in one of the following preferred: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
  • Valid driver license
  • Act 33/34/73 Clearances (Criminal/Child/FBI Department of Human Services)
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • Child Protective Services Law training (CPSL)

Position Highlights

  • Work Schedule: Exempt (salary) position; primarily Monday through Friday daylight hours with rotating evening shift (1pm-9pm) as part of a team. Some weekends and holidays may be required.
