About the role
We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Supervisor to lead and coordinate laboratory operations in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor laboratory work
- Document results and maintain quality control and calibration
- Ensure staff training and appropriate staffing levels
- Oversee specimen collection and processing procedures
- Maintain work areas and assist with budget management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a recognized MT or HTL program, meeting Clinical Laboratory Act requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as MT/MLS/CLS/HTL or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Registered MT (ASCP/AMT), HTL (ASCP/AMT), or equivalent certification
