We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, job title is not needed as heading. We need to include sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Qualifications" (basic requirements, certification, etc.), "Skills" (KSAs), "Benefits" (Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance), "Pay" (Competitive salary, step rate), "Schedule" (Work Schedule). Also maybe "Education Debt Reduction Program" could be part of Benefits? It's a program. Could be separate but not required. The instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content. So we can include EDRP info maybe under Benefits or a separate section like "Education Debt Reduction Program". But we only have allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No other headings allowed. So we must fit content into those. We need to decide what goes where. - About the role: summary paragraph about position eligibility for EDRP, maybe brief overview. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: maybe basic requirements (citizenship, language, education, certification, foreign education, grandfathering). Could be "Requirements". But we also have Qualifications heading. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to differentiate: Requirements could be basic eligibility (citizenship, language, education). Qualifications could be certification, KSAs, grade determinations, etc. But we can also combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content: Summary: EDRP eligibility, must meet individual eligibility requirements, submit application within four months, program approval award amount up to $200,000, eligibility period one to five years determined by VHA Education Loan Repayment Services after review. Qualifications section: Basic Requirements: US Citizenship (non-citizens only if cannot recruit citizens), English Language Proficiency, Education: bachelor's degree or higher from accredited college/university. Note about Supervisory CLS (Laboratory Director) - GS-15 requires unique education requirements (reference). Certification: must meet one of certification options: Generalist certification as MLS given by ASCP BOC or AMT; Generalist certification as MT given by ASCP BOR or AMT; Categorical or Specialist certification by ASCP or AMT. Note about categorical/specialist not acceptable for CLS Generalist positions or lab sections unrelated; acceptable for higher-graded positions within relevant lab section or non-section specific assignments (list many). Foreign Education: must be deemed equivalent; graduates of foreign baccalaureate meet if transcripts evaluated and degree equivalent to NAACLS-approved US CLS program OR letter from ASCP BOC or AMT stating eligible to take certification exam. Possession of certification automatically determines foreign education as creditable. May qualify based on Grandfathering Provision for current VHA employees. Grade Determinations: Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Education Coordinator) - GS-12. Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities (KSAs): list. Physical Requirements: see VA Directive and Handbook 5019. Duties: many bullet points. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with Rotating Weekends and Holidays. Recruitment/Relocation Incentives: Not Authorized. Permanent Change of Station: Not Authorized. EDPR Authorized: Former EDP participants ineligible. Contact email. Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases; higher step rate after consideration of higher or unique qualifications or special needs (Above Minimum Rate of the Grade). Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time off per year (13-26 days annual leave - 13 days sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays). Selected applicants may qualify for credit toward annual leave accrual based on prior work experience or military service. Parental Leave: After 12 months employment - up to 12 weeks paid parental leave. Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days employment - full time employees with total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to monthly maximum $416.66. Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% contributions by VA. Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement). Telework: Not Available. Virtual: Not a virtual position. Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized. We need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown fences. We'll create sections:
