Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads and delivering effective sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and key decision-makers
- Spend approximately 80% of time in the field cultivating relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored solutions
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients by supporting training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Report client feedback, issues, and opportunities to the Program Manager, and support timely resolution
- Maintain accurate and timely records of daily sales calls, including purpose and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and effectively communicate relevant compliance standards to clients
- Manage and distribute supplies appropriately in accordance with hospital policies and client usage
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory services
- Strong understanding of target markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency with computers and standard business applications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive tasks
- Ability to bend, squat, climb, push, and pull as needed
- Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 35 lbs occasionally
