The Clinical Instructor position is part of a partnership between Hawai'i Pacific Health and local educational institutions, aiming to support the development of a competent clinical workforce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the clinical workforce has the necessary education and training to provide outstanding, compassionate care to patients.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to develop and implement training programs.
• Assess the needs of the clinical workforce and recommend appropriate educational opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in healthcare education.

Requirements

• Currently employed with one of our partner educational institutions.
• Must hold a current faculty position at Kapi'olani Community College.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare education and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
