About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator responsible for developing, implementing, and organizing a variety of educational activities at the department and hospital-wide levels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating onboarding and ongoing staff education
- Delivering and evaluating training programs
- Partnering with leadership to identify learning needs
- Supporting quality and patient safety initiatives
- Monitoring performance data
- Leading education projects and committees
- Providing coaching and clinical expertise
- Maintaining current clinical knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Master's Degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of recent clinical experience
- Prior adult education experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- Certified in BLS
