Clinical Educator (PT)

About the Role

Provides education and training to existing or potential customers on the use of B. Braun Medical’s products. Works with Sales Representatives and Clinical Conversion Specialists (CCS) to advance the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction through in-service education, training programs, clinical and product troubleshooting, and follow-up activities. Product focus revolves primarily around the Infusion Therapy and Introcan Safety product line but may include any of the product portfolio. Functions as a clinical and product expert representing B. Braun Medical in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and leads in-services and educational sessions relative to B. Braun Medical products during evaluations, conversions, and troubleshooting.
• Serves as a product resource expert and mentor for other B. Braun Medical educators while performing training and educational activities.
• Collaborates with Sales Representatives and CCS to enhance customer satisfaction through targeted training programs.
• Performs clinical and product troubleshooting to support customer needs.
• Adheres to all assigned responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.
• Takes reasonable care for the safety and health of themselves and others while at work.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a bedside nurse.
• Valid RN license.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Frequent business travel across the U.S. is required.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.

Physical Demands

• Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
• Occasionally: Reaching upward and downward, pushing/pulling, standing, climbing stairs/ladders.
• Frequently: Sitting, using hands to handle or feel, hearing (ordinary and loud), seeing (depth perception, color vision, field of vision/peripheral), talking (ordinary and loud/quick).
• Constantly: Office environment with moderate noise intensity.

Work Environment

Pay

$46 per hour. The targeted range for this role considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
