Clinical Educator (PT)

About the role

This position provides education and training to existing or potential customers on the use of B. Braun Medical’s products. The role involves working with Sales Representatives and Clinical Conversion Specialists to advance the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction through in-service education, clinical and product troubleshooting, and follow-up activities. The primary product focus is on the Infusion Therapy and Introcan Safety product line, but may include any of the product portfolio. The position serves as a clinical and product expert representing B. Braun Medical in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and leads in-services and educational sessions on B. Braun Medical products during evaluations, conversions, and troubleshooting.
• Serves as a product resource expert and mentor for other B. Braun Medical educators during training activities.
• Collaborates with Sales Representatives and Clinical Conversion Specialists to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Performs clinical and product troubleshooting and follow-up activities.
• Fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a bedside nurse.
• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
• Valid RN license.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Frequent business travel across the U.S. is required.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.

Physical Demands

• Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.

• Frequently: Sitting, finger feeling, hearing (ordinary and loud), seeing (depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision), talking (ordinary and loud/quick).

Work Environment

• Moderate noise intensity.
• Primarily office environment.
• Frequent travel to customer sites, including clinical settings such as hospitals and clinics.

Vaccination Requirements

To gain access to Healthcare Customers' clinical settings, this role requires compliance with vendor credentialing processes, including but not limited to:

• Proof of vaccinations and immunizations, which may include COVID-19, seasonal influenza, and Hepatitis B Virus.
