Clinical Education Resource Nurse RN

Role: Onsite Clinical Nurse Educator supporting new nurses during orientation. Responsibilities Conducts rounds with clinical nurses to provide education and clinical support, facilitating safe care and smooth transition from beginner to competent nurse.Collaborates with educators and preceptors to assess learning needs.Participates in delivering new staff orientation on clinical competencies, policies, regulations, and technology use.Mentors new clinical staff and evaluates their clinical performance in partnership with leadership. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active RN licensure.Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably with charge nurse background.Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties: Serve as an onsite resource for clinical education, support new staff, and promote safe, competent nursing practice.
