Clinical Education Manager

About the Role

As a key member of the Urology Clinical Education team, the Clinical Education Manager will support company training and education initiatives through the activities of their clinical educators. The Regional Clinical Education Manager will be responsible for:

• Motivating and advising representatives to improve their performance through effective planning, setting activity goals, and coaching of team members.
• Creating and executing comprehensive strategies to exceed clinical training and education objectives.
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and value-added solutions that meet customer business needs.
• Managing resources to ensure sales and clinical education objectives are met, anticipating internal/external business challenges to align priorities, strategies, and tactics.
• Developing broad influence through a robust set of internal/external relationships across the organization to achieve desired results.

The role requires deep business and territory knowledge, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated medical device, healthcare, and/or training and education experience.
• Ability to travel 75%.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Graduate degree.
• 2+ years of clinical education management of direct or independent sales representatives.
• 5+ years of nursing or healthcare field experience.
