Responsibilities

  • Follow program schedule and daily duties as outlined by team and program manager
  • Implement resident programming training (Service Agreement Goals & Objectives: daily living skills)
  • Maintain consistency with Residential Standards and Regulations
  • Keep accurate and timely records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, clinical supervisory team, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in activities of daily living, including personal care and attire maintenance
  • Encourage self-advocacy skills to promote independence
  • Ensure health and safety of clients and environments
  • Supervise residents' medication administration and attend medical evaluations
  • Aid in transportation and provide oversight of residents' appointments
  • Participate in ongoing training and meetings
  • Implement behavior management plans and interventions
  • Adhere to mandated reporting laws
  • Perform general upkeep of the residence
  • Comply with state laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 1 year of experience in human services required; 3 years’ experience preferred
  • $100,000/300,000 annual salary
  • Automobile Liability Insurance and valid driver’s license
  • Criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services background checks
  • Completion of MOAB training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 1 year of experience in human services required; 3 years’ experience preferred
  • Automobile Liability Insurance and valid driver’s license
  • Criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services background checks
  • Completion of MOAB training
  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behaviors (MOAB) training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

$19/hr
