Responsibilities
- Follow program schedule and daily duties as outlined by team and program manager
- Implement resident programming training (Service Agreement Goals & Objectives: daily living skills)
- Maintain consistency with Residential Standards and Regulations
- Keep accurate and timely records and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, clinical supervisory team, and other stakeholders
- Assist in activities of daily living, including personal care and attire maintenance
- Encourage self-advocacy skills to promote independence
- Ensure health and safety of clients and environments
- Supervise residents' medication administration and attend medical evaluations
- Aid in transportation and provide oversight of residents' appointments
- Participate in ongoing training and meetings
- Implement behavior management plans and interventions
- Adhere to mandated reporting laws
- Perform general upkeep of the residence
- Comply with state laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 1 year of experience in human services required; 3 years’ experience preferred
- $100,000/300,000 annual salary
- Automobile Liability Insurance and valid driver’s license
- Criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services background checks
- Completion of MOAB training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 1 year of experience in human services required; 3 years’ experience preferred
- Automobile Liability Insurance and valid driver’s license
- Criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services background checks
- Completion of MOAB training
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behaviors (MOAB) training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
