About the role

A DSP at Clinton Manor Living Center supports and assists residents in their daily activities, recognizing their individual routines and preferences. Duties include helping with restroom, bathing, dressing, feeding, and social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents in their daily activities
• Recognizes and respects individual routines and preferences
• Assists with restroom, bathing, dressing, feeding, and social interaction

Requirements

• Must pass criminal background check based on Healthcare Worker Registry regulations
• Must pass various State and Federal registry checks
• Must successfully complete an approved DSP training program within 90 calendar days of hire or being assigned DSP responsibilities
• Must meet requirements of pre-hire physical
