ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. This position is located in our residential programs in Greensburg and Irwin, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with therapies.
• Drive and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation showing equivalence to or exceeding U.S. educational requirements; documentation required prior to employment.
