About the role

Clinton Manor Living Center is home to about 51 individuals with developmental disabilities that have high medical needs. We believe in promoting independence and advocating for individuals to live with integrity, dignity and freedom of choice; therefore, enhancing their quality of life and ensuring the individual's rights are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including restroom use, bathing, dressing, feeding and social interaction
• Recognize and respect each resident’s individual routines and preferences

Requirements

• Must pass criminal background check based on Healthcare Worker Registry regulations
• Must pass various State and Federal registry checks
• Must successfully complete an approved DSP training program within 90 calendar days of hire or being assigned DSP responsibilities
• Must meet requirements of pre-hire physical

Pay

• $18.30–$25.30 per hour
• Pick-up bonuses available

Schedule

• Evening shift: 1:30 PM–9:30 PM
• Every other weekend
• Midnight shifts available
