Job Description

Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hrs/week)
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho
Location: 5204 Fairfield Shopping Center Suite 20
Virginia Beach, VA 23464

Compensation

Compensation Range: $90,000–$110,000 per year
Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: bonus/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Therapy program with current licensure in the respective state.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
