About the Role
The Clinical Director (CD) will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.
The CD is responsible for the overall clinical performance and operations of the clinic. They will sign and provide feedback on dependently licensed staff and interns notes to meet best practice standards and insurance requirements, manage staff performance, hire clinical staff, provide new hire training, is accountable to meeting clinic’s fiscal goals, develop and sustain relationships with referral partners, and provide ongoing administrative and clinical oversight. The CD will also have a small caseload of their own clients (no more than 15 direct hours weekly).
The CD works collaboratively with the Franchise Owner, Operations Director, additional Clinical Directors, and Office Managers.
