CLINICAL DIRECTOR (LICENSED)

About the role

The Clinical Director is a primary member of the Site Management and Treatment Committees. Primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group, and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.

Responsibilities

• Affirmatively assesses student mental health needs
• Supervises the activities and staff providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Makes sure students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications are monitored

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or human services and four years of related experience in residential facility management
• Current Florida licensure - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facility management
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and positive skill development
• Ability to build a supportive, therapeutic environment

Pay

$88,000 Annually. Performance-based compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%).
