We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the role of Clinical Director for Adult Mental Health Housing. In this vital position, you will oversee clinical operations, guide our dedicated staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and rehabilitation for residents within our supportive housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical supervision, leadership, and training to multi-disciplinary housing staff.
• Overseeing individualized treatment planning, crisis intervention protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with community partners, families, and healthcare providers to optimize resident outcomes.
• Managing day-to-day clinical administrative workflows and tracking program performance.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field.
• Active New York State professional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a mental health or supportive housing setting.
• Strong crisis management skills and extensive knowledge of adult mental health systems.
