Clinical Coordinator- Adult Mental Health Housing

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight and support to case management staff and clients
• Support wellness, recovery and independent living skills
• Staff training
• Apartment selection, setup and oversight
• Establishment and maintenance of landlord tenant relationships
• Ensure client empowerment and choice
• Regular apartment visits and inspections
• Adherence to program regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field
• Masters degree preferred
• Relevant clinical and housing experience with the psychiatric population

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with colleagues in government, vendors and other agencies

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with mental health and housing services
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines

Schedule
