Clinical Director - Adult Mental Health Housing

About the role

Ohel seeks a dynamic and innovative leader with proven success in clinical program management to serve as Clinical Director of its Housing program serving 300 individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This master clinician will interact with clients, families, staff, clinical teams, community practitioners, and hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, families, staff, clinical teams, community practitioners, and hospital systems
• Serve as Clinical Director of Ohel's Housing program serving 300 individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders
• Supervise clinical teams
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Lead and build relationships at multiple levels
• Work independently and as part of a group
• Show dedication and possess excellent computer skills

Requirements

• High level experience supervising clinical teams
• Extensive related experience
• Psychiatric NP, PhD in Psychology or PsyD, DSW, or LCSW

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
