About the Role

Leads nursing services and staff to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care. Oversees program implementation, monitors patient outcomes, and manages team performance, training, and development. Provides strategic input to medical staff and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safe, efficient nursing practices aligning with policies and standards.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and forecast revenue and expenses.
• Evaluate staffing needs, allocate resources, and optimize team performance within legal frameworks.
• Resolve conflicts, foster team dynamics, and promote a healthy, diverse work environment.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Support patient and customer satisfaction strategies and oversee workplace safety.
• Exhibit leadership qualities, motivate staff, and employ effective management theories.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate clinical policies, monitor compliance, and participate in policy development.
• Collaborate across departments to prepare for audits and address legal or regulatory issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and RN license with BLS certification.
• 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience and at least 2 years in healthcare leadership.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and quality improvement processes.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
