About the role

A Clinical Director BCBA is responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices in a behavioral health setting. They provide supervision and training to staff, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. The role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of behavior analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices in a behavioral health setting.
• Provide supervision and training to staff members.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or supervisory role.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• Experience with functional behavior assessment (FBA) and intervention planning.
• Proficiency in using software for data management and reporting.
