About the role
A Clinical Director BCBA is responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices in a behavioral health setting. They provide supervision and training to staff, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. The role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of behavior analysis principles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices in a behavioral health setting.
- Provide supervision and training to staff members.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or supervisory role.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Experience with functional behavior assessment (FBA) and intervention planning.
- Proficiency in using software for data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
