Clinical Director

Rediscovery is a Group Home setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care, providing 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

About the role

As Clinical Director, you will lead a dynamic clinical team, providing direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services. These services include individual, family, and group therapies, as well as unique modalities such as ARC, CBT, DBT, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy.

You will collaborate with the Program Director and Administrative team to establish and maintain a shared vision for programmatic clinical services, while fostering positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.

Your role will involve creating a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and role-modeling effective coping strategies. You will help students build life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more, empowering them to develop a sense of self and succeed in their next steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services, including individual, family, group, and specialized therapies (ARC, CBT, DBT, Animal Assisted Therapy, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy).
• Work with the Program Director and Administrative team to align on a shared vision for clinical services and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders.
• Create and sustain a safe, therapeutic community by supporting students in developing coping strategies and life skills.
• Role-model effective coping strategies and help students build competencies in areas such as cooking, banking, and vocational skills.
• Transport students as required (valid driver’s license necessary).
• Perform physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field required.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
• Clinical management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (transporting students is part of the role).
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $102,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.
