Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor all clinical programs of the company related to Pivot Point and SMI
- Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and laws, ethics, quality assurance, and client services
- Work closely with the CFO to review all documents and other information relevant to quality assurance activities, such as client and billing contracts, and recommend necessary corrective action to the CEO
- Work closely with Human Resources to identify staffing needs and development as well as identify, implement, and promote staff training needs to comply with agency standards, licensing, and professional development
Requirements
- Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined in SDCL 27A-1-3 and must have at least two years in a clinical mental health setting
