What You Will Do
- Support the mental health and emotional well-being of youth in a secure residential setting.
- Provide clinical leadership by overseeing mental health services, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the development and implementation of quality treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' behavioral and mental health needs.
- Monitor youth receiving psychotropic medications and provide guidance on therapeutic interventions.
- Promote positive outcomes through therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
- Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
