Clinical Direct Support Professional

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Schedule: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday PAY: $20/hr. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management Support clients in developing and maintaining independence skills Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of clinical staff Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Respond promptly to clients’ needs and emergencies, following established protocols Skills And Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) preferred Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Valid Driver's License Auto Insurance policy with minimum policy coverage - $100,000/$300,000 Must be at least 18 years old.
