Responsibilities
- Provides nutrition care to patients in accordance with physician's diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies.
- Obtains, analyzes, and collates patient information into nutrition care plans and recommendations for nutrition care.
- Member of multidisciplinary health care team.
- Plans, develops, and presents nutrition information and programs to patients, staff, and community.
- Exercises independent judgment regarding patient nutrition care and completion of work assignments.
Requirements
- Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Current Missouri Dietitian license.
Nutrition Feed
Employ over 1,000 people a day including; patients, families and visitors in the cafeteria.
