CLINICAL DIETITIAN

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Baptist NEA Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for nutrition and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutrition care to inpatient patients, including nutrition assessments, care planning, monitoring, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized nutrition interventions.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Promote patient satisfaction and service goals by partnering with the food service management team.
• Mentor staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

Requirements

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible to obtain certification.
• New graduates welcome!

Qualifications

• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Pay

$65,000 - $70,000 annually.
