About the role
Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease.
Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing.
- Keep an eye on the clinical staff, making sure they’re doing their best work.
- Make sure the dialysis is done safely and with compassion.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Work in a busy, team-based environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license and CPR certification.
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
- Charge RN readiness approval required.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
- CNN/CDN certification a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
