Clinical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
• Watch over the people who give care to patients
• Make sure the care given is safe and kind
• Build good relationships with patients and their families
• Work in a busy, helpful team

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
• Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is a plus
• Be good with computers (know MS Word, Outlook)
• Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
