Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist - Houston East

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical services and promote the company Diabetes products in assigned territory
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers and health care professionals
• Develop strategies with Territory Manager to address clinical concerns for sales effectiveness
• Utilize resources to identify and qualify sales leads
• Educate customers on industry trends and the company products
• Maintain documentation and compliance with HCP communications
• Collaborate with support specialists to resolve post-sale issues
• Manage a territory call cycle to maximize sales efforts
• Keep CRM records up-to-date for all customer interactions
• Ensure adherence to privacy and safety regulations

Qualifications

• RN (BSN preferred), RD or RPh or equivalent experience
• Advanced Diabetes Education Professional Credential (CDCES or BC-ADM)
• 2 years' experience in diabetes technology education
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• 1 year diabetes/endocrinology industry experience preferred
• Willingness to travel at least 80% within assigned territory

Pay

$101,000 – $123,000 annually
