About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide education and training on insulin pump therapy to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Develop strategies with Territory Manager to boost product sales and address clinical concerns
  • Identify sales leads and assess prospecting criteria using available tools
  • Promote the company’s unique offerings and demonstrate value to healthcare professionals
  • Educate prospects on industry trends and the company’s services and outcomes
  • Manage relationships with healthcare professionals to support product sales
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • RN (BSN preferred), RD or RPh or equivalent education/experience
  • Advanced Diabetes Education Professional Credential (CDCES or BC-ADM certified or eligible)
  • 2+ years experience in patient education on diabetes technology with a preference for remote education
  • Effective communicator and clinical expert in diabetes and technology
  • Proficient in presenting educational content clearly to varied audiences
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of diabetes/endocrinology industry experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel 80% within assigned territory with valid driver’s license

Pay

$101,000 – $124,000 annually
