Duties and Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable in and adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist students, preceptors, and clinical sites with credentialing requirements.
- Notify the Director of Clinical Credentialing of concerns, changes, and updates regarding credentialing and/or compliance issues.
- Ensure customer-focused, high-quality service to students and other University employees.
- Respond to student and faculty correspondence as soon as time permits and at least within the FNU Communication policy established timeframe.
- Collect necessary information from students regarding their clinical plan and oversee the completion of all requirements prior to the student’s clinical practicum.
- Obtain, evaluate, and manage all preceptor requirements including, but not limited to, work history and license/certification verification.
- Obtain, evaluate, and manage all clinical site requirements including affiliation agreements and insurance verifications.
- Collaborate with clinical faculty regarding student clinical credentialing needs, progress, and issues.
- Ensure student onboarding is complete according to affiliation agreement standards.
- Submit reports as scheduled and requested by the Director of Clinical Credentialing.
- Travel to campus and other locations as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent computer and communication skills, preferably experience with Google Apps.
- Ability to complete efficient internet searches.
- Ability to communicate in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of database software.
- Ability to organize details on an ongoing basis.
- Ability to work as a member of an efficient and productive team.
