As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will manage clinical operations within your designated unit, lead nursing staff, ensure efficient patient care, adherence to protocols, and uphold patient safety and satisfaction. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to healthcare excellence are essential.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee clinical operations
- Lead and support nursing staff
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and care compliance
Requirements
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Active Illinois RN License
- CPR BLS and ACLS certifications issued by AHA
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
