Location: Arlington Heights | Type: Full Time | Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Leading clinical operations within the designated unit
- Managing and coordinating nursing staff
- Ensuring efficient patient care, safety, and satisfaction
- Adhering to protocols and healthcare standards
Requirements
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Active Illinois RN License
- CPR (BLS) and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience with supervisory or leadership roles

- Providing clinical leadership and oversight
