Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong, long-term collaborative relationships with site leadership, preceptors, and administrative partners.
- Proactively identify and address site concerns, capacity constraints, and performance trends.
- Carefully coordinate site visits, evaluations, and ongoing engagement activities to support site success and retention.
- Manage all student rotation assignments for assigned core sites in alignment with curricular requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional priorities.
- Support accreditation readiness through accurate documentation, reporting, and site-level compliance oversight.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for scheduling, grading, and clinical education systems related to assigned sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Regional Deans, Regional Coordinators, Clinical Faculty, and internal ICOM departments to support clinical operations.
- Demonstrated capability to oversee affiliation agreement contracts and processes, clinical rotations, preparation of preceptor payments, onboarding activities, relationships, and compliance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, clinical, or related field.
- Experience overseeing clinical education programs, healthcare operations, or academic programming, preferred.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to assigned clinical sites or conferences for physician recruitment as needed.
