About the role
Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health care. This role involves providing in-the-moment clinical support, psycho education, and connecting members to appropriate referrals and resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support on a clinical phone queue.
- Utilize skills like active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage with members.
- Assess for risks and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow up with high-risk members.
- Recommend a plan of action and coordinate connections to appropriate care and services.
- Support members and leaders seeking services or connection to the Global team, Management Consultation team, and Spring Internal team.
- Follow care management outreach protocols and utilize clinical judgment to solve care barriers.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams such as Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings.
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or licensed psychologist.
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
- Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
- Knowledge of crisis support, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions.
- Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking.

Pay and Schedule
The target base salary range for this position is $33.33-$42.31 hourly, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other relevant factors. The required schedule is Tuesday to Saturday 4pm-12am ET, or the equivalent in your respective time zone.
