About the role

A Clinical Coordinator at CBI provides clinical and administrative supervision, oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team. They ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met by direct reports and that assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on their team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • 1 year experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse
  • 1 year experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities
  • Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 39-month clear MVR
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
