Operational Leadership

• Manage daily staffing levels
• Handle admissions
• Oversee case management
• Ensure the program meets financial and clinical targets

Staff Development

• Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
• Hire, train, and perform regular evaluations or progressive discipline when necessary

Clinical Integrity

• Provide direct patient care when needed
• Lead clinical crisis situations
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party payer regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required:
• Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
• Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience
• 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Must have a Master's Degree LCSW/LCPC licensure required
