Operational Leadership
- Manage daily staffing levels
- Handle admissions
- Oversee case management
- Ensure the program meets financial and clinical targets
Staff Development
- Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
- Hire, train, and perform regular evaluations or progressive discipline when necessary
Clinical Integrity
- Provide direct patient care when needed
- Lead clinical crisis situations
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party payer regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required:
- Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
- Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience
- 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Must have a Master's Degree LCSW/LCPC licensure required
